1. The Service

Workmark is a web-based tool that helps freelancers, designers, photographers, developers, copywriters, and creative studios generate professional client proposals using AI. The generated content is a starting point — you are responsible for reviewing it before sending to clients.

2. Free and Pro Plans

The free plan includes 2 proposals per month. The Starter plan is $9/month and includes 10 proposals per month plus advanced personalization features. The Pro plan is $15/month and includes unlimited proposals and all features. Plan details may change as new tiers are introduced. You can cancel at any time from your settings page.

3. Payments and Cancellation

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews monthly. You can cancel at any time — you will retain Pro access until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

4. Right of Withdrawal

By starting to use Workmark Pro immediately after purchase, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

5. AI-Generated Content

Workmark uses AI to generate proposal text. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content. You are solely responsible for the proposals you send to clients.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.
